hello Scot, i went from bkk to pattaya today. 1.200 thb (including toll way fee) by a random taxi driver. there was a check point outside of pattaya and i had to get out of the taxi and was questioned by the police regarding reason of travel. i explained (medical reason) and was allowed to continue.
