i get it but my question was different: I asked about the language of the paper. Mine was done in Vietnam. In the title of my certificate there is, though, an English denomination "certificate of COVID 19 vaccination" , just the red stamp and signature are in Vietnamese

 jasmine, I have the PC Covid app and it's in vietnamese: you mean do I have to download a new app or find the tool for an English translation of the same app I already have?
