What is the best visa agent in Bangkok for a Thai national wanting a US Tourist Visa?

My GF was denied, there wasn't even a lot of discussion about it. She's a government employee, has a son, but zero assets. We were completely honest in the application saying she was coming to visit me for 1 month on vacation. I provided an I34 affidavit of support but they didn't look at it. Any suggestions on how to get her over to see what life is like here?
