I don't understand, what documentation is this, that you have payed for?? And what is the reason for using a lawyer? And that lawyer is from where? Poland?

You don't deserve this but I am in a friendly mood... File another visa application at thai embassy in UK. State that you are currently working there and apply visa for thai to visit Poland together. Add the divorce document. Give embassy a reasonable plan on what happens after the poland visit! Where you go? What you do? Where she go? At least she must go! There cannot be no "what if's", unless stated that you will get married and apply for permit of residence in Poland...or UK..
