Anonymous participant agh yes ok understood I am looking to do a similar thing . From what I understand you can just leave from an airport and fly back in the next day with your visa to activate it
Did you apply for the visa whilst being in Thailand ? How did you get around the stamp showing where you are ? I've heard of a few people doing this now
I actually emailed the UK Thai embassy this morning and asked if I could apply there whilst being in Japan as the embassy in Tokyo is a nightmare to deal with . If I hear back I'll let you no
I was also wondering about this as there is no way to show your in the UK as you don't get stamped in as a British citizen so you could just send a recent bank statement or driving license
Hi James . Quick question as you seem very knowledgeable. I recently got approved for a Tourist visa multi entry however on the e visa they noted my passport expiry date expiring in September 2031 when it is actually October 2031 . I emailed the embassy in London and they said they cannot change the application once approved I would have to re apply or explain to immigration officer on arrival about the mistake . My question . Do you think it will be an issue on arrival , I am not wanting to spend another 150 pound on a new visa but I am also not wanting an issue on entry . Thanks in advance
