It seems you're American (like myself) so: (1) do the ( site and print your payment receipt and booking/appt confirmation (which serves as your confirmation and not for you to physically visit the office); then (2) send ALL visa docs (including docs mentioned in 1) to your proper consulate/embassy; after you get the visa approval do (3) the COE with all the necessary documents including a picture of your approved visa from your passport at

Use the one your state is under. They can reject if you dont.

I was in WI, went thru Chicago. 5-10 day turnaround, delivery included.

Fedex was fine for me. USPS priority appears good too.

2lbs of stuff cost $170+ via FedEx for me (5-7day delivery). Midwest US to Chon Buri.
