is it a must the money be transferred from abroad? Or what if the 400k is transfered into my Thai bank account from a Thai bank account, is it possible to get the Non-O visa based on marriage?
I was in Phuket Immigration with my wife Yesterday asking about the extension of my stay and they said coz am married to a Thai woman i can get a 60 day extension visa but i have to show up with our marriage certificate. So i think its best you process it yourself don't use an agent
