So I think I’ll find a lawyer and not from this isle.. I’ve already been writing lists re building regs/ structural surveyor / permissions.

The road is interesting as I’d need to make a small access road to get building materials there and the landowner said I wouldn’t need permission’s as that was the first question I asked.

I’m in talks directly with the land owner who is a very visible business owner so I don’t think he’d want his or his family reputation ruined by tricking me
