Yes, everything is the same, many non-residents have received visas there. But keep in mind that the consulate in Manila may switch to E-visas. In this case, you will need to clarify this issue directly again.

I checked this information with the Thai embassy in Manila. Everything is fine, they accept documents from non-residents. Please do not mislead people.

Hi Daniel, as I understand that there is not any chance to apply with "walk in" to Royal Thai embassy Manila if you are not citizen of Philippines or maybe you did asked about E-visas?
