If you have problems, just call the member contact center and they can help. Sometimes I travel via land crossing and some borders are not familiar with the 90 day stamp Elite members receive, one call to the contact center and problem solved.
True Paul, but I don't know of anybody willing to sell..and I have been offered a lot. There are 2 other membership categories which are also transferrable.
My membership requires I extend every 90 days at Immigration, but I never spend more than 30 minutes for the process, so I don't mind it that much and have never been asked to queue for years.
