I finally got in touch with someone at the embassy and they told me it was rejected because of the invitation letter from my Thai friend and no hotel reservation. I am trying to figure out how to resubmit the application.

I applied for the STV at the embassy in DC last week and I got an email that it was disqualified. I finally got in touch with someone at the embassy today and they told it's because I submitted a letter of invitation from my Thai friend and not a hotel reservation. I'm trying to figure out how to send in the hotel reservation document or reapply but the online application won't let me submit again.
