 Thanks man. I see that it is an online application. Once approved would I need to travel to Chile to pick my Visa up or does it live as an online document I reference once entering Thailand? I'm a little confused as it seems it works differently for different embassies.

Any idea about the processing times / price and requirements for Santiago? Here in Panama atm and that is the closest embassy. I can travel elsewhere to apply. I leave Panama for Thailand at the end of the month and just hopeful it will get processed in time,
