ok. Everyone has different experiences, and requirements from a flight. I flew back to BKK in December with AF and the staff were very friendly and attentive

I flew back Air France to Bangkok, and was surprised by the excellent service and food. KLM to UK was quite the opposite. A succession of bad flights with KLM, but no more. I won’t go near them. If you want stuck up and condescending, add rude and you have KLM
