thank you for the comment - it may be something to consider in the future. Currently, my wife does not meet the age requirement for a non OA visa and the monthly income method will not really work for us. I will continue with the non OA visa, meeting all the requirements, which should allow my wife to get the non O dependent/trailing spouse visa/extension for our stay in Thailand... hopefully it all goes as planned....but TIT

I had a blue book that was transferred to a yellow book, the title is in my name.

yes the villa is my name. Hopefully that is all the immigration office will need for proof of accomodations

thank you that info. I should be able to get a Non-OA visa in my home country without too much hassle. I will have to do a little investigating once we return home in March.
