I have spent 30 days in January on exemption visa already, do you believe this will stop me from getting a new exemption for 60days this time ?

I was just about to go through the trouble of requesting a Simple entry Tourist Visa in France, so no need right ?

If I’d like to extend for 30 more days to stay 90 days in total, is it okay to book my return flight with a date at 90 days after entry ? Or do they ask you to show a flight ticket dated 60 days after entry when you arrive ?
