When should I follow up on my visa application submitted to the Canberra embassy?

I applied on the 8th at Canberra, asked for additional docs (new photo) on the 10th which I did.

Emailed them on 17th for an update and they said it’s complete but waiting final update. Whatever that means.

Still waiting now, hopefully tomorrow
