I’ll keep this thread updated... my wife just asked the question to IO officer as she was there... we have not applied for the 90 day extension... that’s yet to come... we have done 3 IO office visits already... trying to cancel WP and it’s Extension of stay... so how come my passport was good enough for a work permit but not a extension to stay, as they have the same passport requirements regarding authentic status...

Bangkok, additionally my passport has Work Permit stamps, extension of stays also plus a lot more, I’ve opened bank accounts and more with this passport ... it’s crazy

agreed I think this is another case of they don’t have a clue with regards to there own processes and don’t understand the VISA requirements... goes to show...
