When my mother-in-law booked to come to Bangkok last November through booking.com it wasn’t the whole ASQ package. So she had to cancel the booking and go directly through the hotel itself. Then it was all good. That’s also happened to her when she’s booking for the Sandbox in February-the third party websites aren’t showing anything so she’s called the hotel directly to get a quote and they sent it over email immediately.
