dude its not a myth. do you have a dtv and opened an account or are you just talking bs? i tried probably 10 bank branches already and they all declined opening an account on the DTV… and everyone says its a special tourist visa. everyone. officials, bank head-offs, etc… its just you who is delusional and misinformed.
