ok thanks will check. I'm on on Non-O marriage right now and would be extending that. The nature of my work I might need a short work permit some time soon. Normally the agents my work use would just convert me to a non B if there was any issues. But thanks for raising it il look into more.
thanks once again. You are a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate your help. Your right I do need to get it sorted ASAP. Was a stupid over sight. For some reason I had it in my head it was 400k for 3 months or 800k on the day. Stupid of me I know. Thanks for your info and help. Il be able to figure something out now
. The visit thai family extension sounds like a great idea I didn't know I could apply for that at the end of my current full non-o marriage. Do you know If I'm able to apply for a work permit on that extension? Or convert to a non-b? I don't often work in Thailand but have a few times recently and it's been so easy getting the work permit on the current stamp and not sure where my next job is going to be based. But murphies law it will be Thailand again if I get the wrong visa.
. Wonder if I could ask a few quick questions about HCM consulate please. The letter from wife. Does it need to be hand written in thai or English? (Any idea where I might find an example?) Also what was the timings? I see on the web site they say 2 working days? If I was dropping off papers on Monday morning. From your experience when would I be picking them up again? Thanks for your time. Neil
cheers Tod. Guess that means a trip to Chang wattana then! Thanks for the advise. Guess I was hoping someone had had a similar experience and happy experience of trying to use the 90 days. But I don't really want to be the test pilot so will go get it sorted.
The one with the visa in it. That Nov 30th stamp you can see would be most recent. I was returning from work and so now only have an entry in my other one.
visa expired on 30th Jan. I entered 8th Feb using a different passport. Both passports still valid and in date. Just one has no fully blank pages left.
