How can I pay rent for a condo in Thailand without a Thai bank account?

Depends on receiving bank here... I use Wise to pay house and car lease as the receiving bank is SCB. But kids school bank is Krungsri (50k max) and I have to send via a trusted friend with a Thai bank account to avoid multiple transfers for a single payment.
