DTV rejected due to “Applicant provides incorrect information (country/territory issuing travel document) in the visa application.”

For reference, it’s a NZ passport issued in sydney, Australia.

The label on passport for issuing authority says DIA SYD which is what I put in the application.

I have no idea what should go in there.

Any ideas anyone?

NZ Passport.

As I understand I get 30 days visa free when I arrive.

If I use those 30 days then leave the country (Laos or Cambodia), can I then come back (via land) and get another 30? And can I extend that 30 to 60?

Or would I need to arrive by air?
