I have non-IB visa with work permit now. I want to resign from my job, and back with DTV. Is it possible? How to make sure they dont reject it? I have a car here and other important things that I can't just leave behind me.

Applying for non-IB visa as i will be working with Thai company. Started the e-visa application through Malaysia embassy but have now been advised that i need to have an entry stamp to even start the application (new information to the company who is helping with the application and said i could apply first and then when approved, just fly in/out and get my visa stamp).

The other options were Laos or Vietnam. Does anyone have a recent experience for this visa type with these embassies that can advise if you can submit the application remotely?

My employee is planning to apply for a non-IB visa, but there's an issue. The Thai embassy in Sydney made a typo in his name on his e-visa, and because of this, the BOI isn't allowing us to proceed with his non-IB visa application. The officer advised that he needs to return to Sydney to correct the e-visa and apply again. I wanted to ask if it's possible to make this correction while he's still in Thailand?

Currently on a Non-IB visa with BOI work permit. Married and having 400K in the bank and looking to get a spouse visa since I will be leaving the current employer. Do I have to get a tourist visa first before proceeding or is it possible to go from one directly to the other?

Hi guys, bit of a complicated situation. So I have a BOI company in Bangkok of which I am the Managing Director. My passport was stolen last year in Phuket and so the visa had to be transferred to my new passport. Apparently Immigration at OSSC Chamchuri Square made a mistake and transferred as non-b but my initial visa I enterred was non-ib. Now I need to extend my visa and single window system tells me I need to contact immigration to change from non-b to non-ib before being able to make the appointment for visa and work permit extension. With my extensive experience with visa and WP in Thailand, I have the feeling this probably won’t be possible as immigration would need to acknowledge that they did a mistake to change it which I don’t think they will. So I am already prepared to fly out and get a new non-b or non-ib and just apply for a new visa and Work Permit. Or anyone thinks there is a chance this might work? I am not in Bangkok right now, otherwise I would just go and ask of course but not sure if it is even worth it or just a waste of time. Maybe someone has experience with this or has been in a similar situation before.

I currently hold a non IB Visa / work permit under the BOI. The company has informed me they wont be extending my contract. My current stamp in my passport states i have an extension of stay permitted until the 14th of feb 2022. I do have an offer from another BOI company but this will some time to organize. Is it possible to extend my current visa or do i have any other options other than leaving and coming back?

I have a Non-IB (BOI) visa and work permit being cancelled this week and I want to get the 60-day covid extension. The attorney who handled the visa/work permit says I need to go to MTT to get the extension. Others say I need to go to Chaengwattana to get the extension. Does anyone know for sure?

I have a Non-IB (BOI) visa and work permit expiring next week. Does anyone know if you can get the Visa Amnesty Extension at the One-Stop at Chamchurri Square since that's where everything else for this type of visa is processed? TIA
