Hello Everyone I have question, Right now I am on a Non-Immigrant B Visa from a Thai Company Limited, and now I have new workplace which is under BOI. I have questions:

1. Is there any possibility that I will not anymore fly out Thailand?

2. Do I need to go outside Thailang again to get Tourist Visa and then Apply to Non-Immigrant IB Visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user currently holds a Non-Immigrant B Visa from a Thai Company Limited and is transitioning to a new workplace under BOI. They seek clarification on whether they need to leave Thailand for visa changes or if their new company will manage the process without requiring them to exit.

You new company, which is under BOI registration will help you out and organize all with the one stop service center.

Good luck.

It depends on how well your old company and your new company work together.

If they do it well, there is no need for you to leave Thailand.

If they don't communicate, the chances are that you will need to change visa type in the interim.

Follow any instruction of your new company.

Hopefully, if they are BOI, they will be registered at Chamchuri Square One-Stop-Shop, which is much easier than doing Din Daeng and Chang Watthana.

It's unfortunate the easy way cancel leave and make a new one

No wrong information. The visa is related on your employment.... Many times on the visa the name of the company is handwritten on. If not easier go to the office for labor and figure it out.
