What is the latest information on the entry requirements for Thailand (mixed reports on google) Is it still open and vaccination and quarantine free? (Is there a reliable website to get up to date info?)

Do you have to show proof of accommodation for your entire stay, we normally used to book the first few nights and wing it for the rest of the month?

My Indian husband is travelling from Vietnam to Thailand for 3 days, and plan to get a visa on arrival at the airport. He has been residing in Vietnam for 2 years and have vaccination from Vietnam.

Thai embassy in Finland News Update

Hi All, I have a non-ed visa and a valid re-entry until december 12. But upon checking with the embassy here in PH, I need to obtain a certificate of re-entry from the embassy here. Sadly language programs are not yet being honored to return to Thailand even if I have a re-entry stamp on my passport. They said I need to be taking up bachelor degree in Thailand... Any ideas on what options do I have? Thank you in advance!

I live in Thailand on a retirement visa due for renewal on 18 October 2020 however I am stranded in the UK and cannot return to Thailand due to the Covid 19 entry restrictions ... Can I renew my Retirement visa outside Thailand or will I have to visit on a tourist visa and re apply for Retirement visa once the borders are open ??
