Can I Enter Thailand on an ED Visa with a Re-entry Permit During Travel Restrictions?

I am currently visiting family in America. I have an ED visa with a re-entry permit. I can get a covid-19 test and health certificate. I have insurance.

Is it even possible to enter Thailand right now, if I have these documents?

Has anyone successfully entered recently without a work permit?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of entering Thailand with an ED visa and the necessary health documentation during current travel restrictions. Comments indicate that entry is not possible without a valid work permit, despite having an ED visa.

Because this thread is getting hijacked, and the OP should know he is unable to enter Thailand without a work permit, I'm closing comments.

Yes, as long as you have a fit-to-fly certificate

About all you can do James is keep an eye on the entry requirements to thailand (AND on how long your ED visa/extension is valid for) and hope the requirements ease up before you lose the visa/extension.

Good Luck, stay safe. (y)

Thanks!

My 30 days will end around April 10th. So I'm probably out of luck. Which website do you recommend to monitor the latest entry requirements? Many of the sites I checked have out of date info.

Nope, at this time you CANNOT enter thailand :/ You need a valid work permit (and a visa/extension that allows you to hold a work permit).

You won't get in on an ED visa :( sorry
