What Are The Current Entry Requirements for Short Term Visa Holders in Thailand During COVID-19?

So, I entered last night via Suvarnabhumi.

I was required to download the AOT app to my phone and to submit the health questionnaire.

No Dr. Certificate or Proof of Insurance. Since the Dr certificate required the formal test ( which is almost impossible for healthy people to obtain in America ) this probably means the travel from the US is now impossible. I have been unsuccessful in getting my insurer, Cigna International, to issue the required certificate anyway.

Temp scan was the only other measure.

What becomes of those of us here on short term Visas remains to be seen for now.
