I am trying to install the Thailand Plus app on my phone. I entered the reference ID from my COE, but what is the COE code?

I can't even get the app to work. I've loaded it on two phones and when I tap the button to open the app it entire phone turns off then back on.

One is the 6 digit check code for your COE. The other is the COE number. If it does not work change them round.
