TLDR : Answer Summary
The time it takes to receive the Certificate of Entry (COE) after a visa has been granted can vary, but several users reported that they received their COE within 24 hours after submission. It is important to have all necessary documents ready, as this can expedite the process significantly. Some users have reported extremely quick turnaround times, with one stating a record of receiving it in just 8 minutes. However, issues with embassy communication can arise, leading to delays in clarifying the COE application process.

I'm in the same position and the embassy is not answering my questions in phone calls and emails.

Answering machine directing me to go back to the website and the website tells me to call the numbers and extensions. Many many emails the last 3 today and one automated reply saying it will take
***
days to get back to me. If you find the answer please pm me.
