What should I do if my COE update keeps asking for required information?
Having trouble with updating COE info. My initial COE was rejected as they wanted proof of marriage and proof of insurance. I went back into the COE document to update it, provided the 6 digit code and my name. As soon as I tell it to process, it keeps asking me to "fill in the required information". What is it looking for and how do I get past this issue?

OPI figured out the problem. When I reopened the Coe, my computer set the zoom at 150 percent so I did not see that it wanted my passport number. Once I figured that out, all is well. Thanks for any comments. For some reason I could not open them.

Upload the insurance cert showing $100k Covid insurance.. use the little upload arrow at the bottom of the box. Upload your marraige cert.
