TLDR : Answer Summary
The time it takes to receive a Certificate of Entry (COE) approval in Thailand varies. Some users reported receiving their COE approval in as little as 20 minutes after submission of documents, while others experienced a turnaround of less than 24 hours. However, for those traveling from the UAE, the processing time can typically range from 5 to 10 days depending on how soon your travel date is. If your travel date is within 10 days, it's generally quicker at about 3 to 5 days, and for dates within 30 days, it can take 10 to 15 days.

Normally in UAE it will take 5-10days depends on your traveling date.
If your traveling date in the next 10days it will take 3-5days.
If your traveling date in the next 30days it will take 10-15days.
And the easiest way to approach the embassy is by fb messenger not by phone.

For me it took about 20 minutes to get my pre-approval. Then once I submitted the remaining documents they approved it and sent me the COE within about 4 hours.
