Guardian visa...if a parent has a guardian visa based on one student enrolled in school, can that parent also get a visa for a very young child not school-age through the same guardian visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, a parent holding a guardian visa for one enrolled student can often have their very young child added as a dependent on the same visa.
