Can I Obtain a Criminal Record Check from Thai Authorities for an ED Visa Application?

Hello everyone

I would like to apply for ED visa in Malaysia and it requires me a criminal record. As I won't go back to my home country in short term, my school suggests me can apply it from the Thai Royal Police. Does anybody know if it is correct? As I suppose criminal record is from home country? Does anyone has the experience of applying this?

You normally need a criminal record check from the last country you resided in for the last 6 months. Not necessarily your home country

 I have visited to Thai in the pass 6 months and stay almost 28 to 30 days every month. So am I qualified?

I just downloaded the checklist of KL and Penang of Malaysia they both required a criminal record of country of origin

Your friend need to give you a contract. A copy of his ownership of the condo. As he is stay here he need to go with you if not he need to give you a power of a Thorney. Copy passport. Visa. Departure card
