Hoping I can seek help relating to a couple of items needed to apply now for PR after living in Thailand + 10 years. I am told I need to provide a *clean criminal record* reference (UK). As well as an educational certificate. Could any brits who have applied for PR advise where they received their clean criminal record certificate (British Embassy / BKK or via Arco/UK). Also for an *educational certificate*, im told this is mandatory, but I dont' have this and left school in the early mid/late 80's. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking guidance on applying for Permanent Residency (PR) in Thailand after ten years of residence. They need to obtain a clean criminal record certificate from the UK and inquire about the possibility of getting an educational certificate, as they do not possess one from their school years. Responses suggest checking Facebook groups for detailed assistance and inform about getting a DBS check online.

You can get a DBS check done online at

There are some Facebook groups dedicated to PR/Citizenship that can probably answer your questions better than this one. Though there may be some people here that can assist.

Thanks Brandon, for the clean criminal record, I think I can work this out. For education ceritifates, that will be a bit more complicated. Just checked and my school is also closed down. Any / anyone with suggestions, would be appreciated.
