Some advice please. I hope this is the correct forum for asking.

I will soon be moving into a property rented by my girlfriend. The lease is in her name. Any idea what documentation I will require when I attend Bluport Immigration with my TM28?

I am assuming copies of the photo page of my passport, my original O-A visa, my current extension for the purposes of retirement, TM6, my last entry stamp and a copy of the rental agreement in my girlfriend's name.

However, that doesn't exactly prove I am living there, so how do I do that? I do have a telephone bill in my name at that address, is that of any use.

Thanks in anticipation.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When registering your TM28 at Bluport Immigration as a renter under your girlfriend's name, you will need several documents. Besides your TM28 form, you should prepare copies of your passport's photo page, your original O-A visa, your current retirement extension, TM6, your last entry stamp, and a copy of the rental agreement. To prove residency, you can include a telephone bill in your name at that address. Additionally, your girlfriend (or the landlord) must file a TM30 form indicating your residence.

If the lease contract is needed, bring also signed copy of ID card and blue book of girl friend.

She and or the property landlord will need to file a TM30 showing you residing there. Lets see what others have to say. Is the girlfriend Thai?
