I own rental houses since 2012 with a llc and can show the registration every year
-show taxes I pay everyear -insurance
I have to put my houses on the market -do reference checks, job verification credit checks -call handyman for my business
Is that good enough
I will have to write a cover letter stating all this information
I have bank statements in my name for long time with the 500 they ask for
What else would I need to show and provide
Is Jakarta or Taiwan the same as to how easy the process is
Any help
Would be appreciated

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the necessary documentation for a visa application in Thailand as a rental property owner with an LLC. They mention providing evidence of their properties, taxes, insurance, and bank statements. They also inquire about the comparative ease of the visa process in Jakarta and Taiwan. Community responses highlight varying approval experiences based on the embassy, suggesting that documentation clarity and adherence to local requirements are crucial for success.
Good luck, I was turned down for the DTV under the remote worker category, I was able to get my DTV visa under soft power activities, I am definitely self-employed and a remote worker, but they wouldn’t accept that, I provided many documents and letters, bank statements, etc., etc., nothing worked
I know someone was approved in London doing the same as you..Shown how they managed the rentals online. Every embassy is different though in approvals. Jakarta and Taiwan get the top ratings for approvals. Taipei quicker for approval
