What documents do I need to provide if I am renting an apartment in Thailand?

Hi. Just needed some guidance. For the 1st picture, if i am renting, i should pick etc for the position category right?

My 2nd question, for the 2nd picture. If i am renting, the documents i should attach fall under the category for hotel apartment guesthouse is it?

You need to upload, the land lord thai i/d, the house book of where you live showing that it's theirs, your lease, your data page of your passport, your visa/extension, and that should do it
