Hi all .. I have a friend he holds the American nationality and he wants to come to Thailand and open a company, where we can find the requirements that he needs to establish the company and can he put non Thailand citizens in the company and make for them a work permit visa as employees?

For Americans there are different regulations for opening company and they can own it 100 %.

Not knowledgable on it but Siam Legal have a good write up on the Treaty of Amity on there website
