Siam legal. But if you’re just working remote or online it probably isn’t necessary and the yearly costs will run in the 4-5 figures US to maintain the structure

it would be more or less being an owner operator of a service based business in Thailand. Some of the more essential businesses that have a little bit more relaxed restrictions when done so with the Amnity act.
