Updated with e-mail to me today. "We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail due to the large volumn of e-mails we received. We would like to update that your application has already been considered by BOI and the Immigration Bureau and currently considered by Ministry of Foreign Affairs which might take some times.

We will let you know at the earliest once we have been updated about their consideration."

They say it can take 20 days for them to process. Even if you applied on day 1, it's still only been 19 business days. Just wait and keep an eye on your email.
