What should I do if I can't register for the online 90-day report in Thailand?

IF you get that message that says to visit the local immigration office, you can either go through my troubleshooting steps (listed above) and see if it will work, OR you can keep trying up to the deadline, OR you can go to immigration office and file it in person. If you file it in person, you can do it between 15 days BEFORE The due date up to 7 days AFTER the due date.

I don't see the point in keeping this post open. If anyone disagrees, send a mod a message and we'll reopen the post.

.. normally I have no difficulty but this time I can't even get to page 2 to type my address, etc.. When pressing 'submit' on completing the first page, I get this message...

Is the 90 day report problem as simple as this guy encountered

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

I, too, have been trying on the website for the past 3 days. Unable to get past the first page of registering.

are you talking about the mobile phone eServices app that you can do 90 day reporting on?

That has been having some issues sporadically, try the website itself (you don't register to use it)

Have you done one 90 day report in person?
