What does it mean if I'm unable to complete my 90-day report online in Thailand?
Trying to fill in my 90 days report online but not sure why I get this message (please see the picture). That means I can't do it online?

That means you haven't done a 90 day report in person on this extension and you CANNOT use the 90 day online program.

you need to go do a 90 day report (either in person or by mail) before you can use the 90 day online system.
