Trying to fill in my 90 days report online but not sure why I get this message (please see the picture). That means I can't do it online?

you need to go do a 90 day report (either in person or by mail) before you can use the 90 day online system.

Have you done at least one 90 day report in person?

are you applying during the window of opportunity? from 15 days before down until 7 days before?

are you putting in the flight number? (DON'T do that)
