ORIGINAL POSTER
I usually do my 90 day reporting by registered mail. I went online to try the web based version.

I cant get past the first step. A popup says "extranet.immigration.go.th says For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

Does this happen to everyone who tries to report this way?

Keeping to the registered mail reporting for now it seems.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with the online 90-day reporting system for visa compliance in Thailand. They report that they are unable to proceed past the first step due to a popup message directing them to contact their local Immigration Branch Office for assistance. This has led them to continue using the traditional method of reporting via registered mail.
