Which embassy should I choose between Penang and Jakarta?
These would be the best options for me because my country doesn't require a visa for up to 30 days.

Penang - more expensive but a lot of things to do.
Jakarta - cheaper, but nothing to do.
People say Jakarta is easier. Maybe.
But I'm stuck here since 27.3, so 12 calendar days...
Maybe I would choose a different embassy/country next time. This reminds me covid times...
At least I have room with window!

Vientiane is an option provided you have a minimum of 3 months worth of bank statements showing 500k

I submitted 3 months but only the most recent had 500k and was approved in Jakarta. There have also been reports of approvals with only 1 month.Reply to

This comment is really misleading! Indonesia is one of the best countries in Asia and easiest to get the DTV Visa. Just use the search bar and check for yourself. I also got my visa their approved just few days ago.Damodar ********
