Should I apply in Portugal plan is to stay here until end of July, or wait until my EU visa is up go to Vietnam and do it from there. I have everything legit but just want to be wherever is easier. Plenty of people have done from Vietnam here but not so many in Portugal let me know what yall think😋

If the bulk of your documentation originates from Portugal, best to apply there, where the are familiar with the documents to support your application.

I always apply in my home country, then they understand all documents I have in my language if documents not in English , you can apply for e visa in any country online, you choose what embassy the online application will be send to for approval

It depends on your nationality and your proof of financial means.

If all your documents are issued in Portugal and you are Portuguese (which we assume you are not, since you mentioned an EU visa),

we would suggest applying in Vietnam instead

Which channels of communication did you use? Do they have Messenger? Some embassies/consulates do not answer e-mails/phone calls, but they answer on Messenger.
