Jakarta frequently asks for proof that you're still in Indonesia before making a decision. It's not simply asking where you're currently located. If you tell them you're not in Indonesia, that could be a problem. And I'm not sure what you mean by taking so long, since they replied to you 7 days after your last submitted documents.
