What are recent experiences with the Penang or Vientiane embassies regarding Non Ed and guardian visas?
Does anybody have recent experiences in Penang or Vientiane embassy’s for Non Ed visa and a guardian visa?
This is what I sent Penang today but didn’t get a reply (and I know I won’t know until at least Jan 3) (need to leave the country by Jan 9)
