Hi all

Stamped in on non O retirement on 13/2. I just picked up my extension for 1 year till 13/5/22 from Jomtien. I have to report back 14/7 with financials. Do I still have to report after my first 90 days from entry i.e 13/5?

Sticker in passport a bit confusing...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has recently obtained a one-year extension on their Non-O retirement visa and inquires if they still need to complete the 90-day reporting after their entry date. The community clarifies that the 90-day reporting begins from the date of the visa extension, meaning their first report is due on July 14, 2021. Additionally, they inform the user that they must also provide financial proof at the time of reporting.

You do NOT do a 90 day report from the date you entered.

You follow that little paper and do your first 90 day report on the 14th of July

Getting the year extension STARTS the 90 day count down and your first report is due 89 days from the date you got the extension.

great. Thank you for the clarification

Two totally different things and you do BOTH

Jomtien has you come back in 3 months to show the bank balance from the date on the A4 paper they gave you

AND

You file a 90 day report from that small paper you posted an image of. <- for this 90 day you can do it 15 days early down until 7 days after that date,

When you go to show your bank book, file the 90 day report then.

You got a paper like this telling you when you go back with your bank book updated right?

Yes. Both say july14. But do I do 90 day report then or in May??

@Brian ******
, you do the FIRST 90 day report based on the small paper they stapled into your passport

You do not do a 90 day report based on your entry date. The extension you just got STARTED the 90 day count down clock, so you do a 90 day report on the same day you show your updated bank book to them
