TLDR : Answer Summary
You need to check in with immigration for your 90-day report 90 days from your entry date, which is July 4th. Additionally, make sure to register your address (TM30) within 24 hours of re-entering Thailand.

MANY Thai Immigration offices require the first TM30 to be done at the Thai Immigration office following your return to Thailand.
