Hi there. I arrived on the 10th on a non imm O-A Visa. Stamped in for a year. Moved into a condo on the 18th and the owner filed my first TM 30. When is my 90 report due? Which date do I go by? Arrival or TM 30? Thx very much!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Your 90-day report is due 89 days from the date you arrived in Thailand, which is the day your visa was stamped. You can report your status 15 days before the due date and up to 7 days after without facing a fine.

The way 90 day reporting works is your first 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you entered thailand (stamped in). That's because they count the day you enter as day ONE.

You can apply 15 days before down until 7 days after that date without getting a fine.
